Matthew McCall is an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is currently developing methods to analyze microRNA sequencing data, to estimate gene regulatory networks from gene perturbation experiments, to preprocess and analyze cellular imaging data, and to examine the effect of cellular composition on tissue-level gene expression.
