David Burton’s research interests include statistical modeling and visualization of big data generated by gene expression experiments. He is currently working with a team on updating R and Bioconductor packages to these ends. He is also an NIH Environmental Health trainee collaborating with researchers across the University of Rochester Medical Center. His thesis work is focused on inferring genetic regulatory networks.
